Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of the British Council's partnership with the Nusantara Grow program on the professional transformation of teachers in schools. The method used in this study is an explanatory sequential mixed-method design. Data collection techniques included a Customer Satisfaction Index, interviews, and observations with indicator teacher professionalism. The findings of this study indicate that the Nusantara Grow Program has made a significant contribution to improving teachers' abilities, particularly in recognizing students' learning needs, motivating them, and strengthening the implementation of formative and summative assessments. Teachers also reported an improvements in confidence, reflective skills, and the application of learning strategies that use information technology and international platforms. This program not only focuses on improving teachers' professionalism but also creates opportunities for teachers to network and learn from international experts who encourage the development of more adaptive and innovative learning practices through the British Council's Massive Open Online Course..
