Digital Archiving and Preservation Policy

Pedagogia: Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan is dedicated to the long-term preservation and permanent availability of all published scholarly content. To guarantee that our digital archives remain continuously accessible to the global academic community—even in the highly unlikely event of platform or publisher disruptions—Pedagogia utilizes robust, industry-standard digital preservation networks.

This journal explicitly permits and employs the following archiving systems:

• LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe): Pedagogia utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving network among participating libraries. The LOCKSS system is granted explicit permission to collect, preserve, and serve permanent digital archives of the journal's content for long-term restoration and preservation purposes.

• CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS): The journal is also integrated into the CLOCKSS system, a global "dark archive" supported by research libraries and scholarly publishers. The CLOCKSS system is authorized to ingest, safely preserve, and serve the archival units of this journal to ensure the scholarly record is never lost.

• PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN): Pedagogia actively utilizes the PKP PN to securely deposit and digitally preserve published articles in a decentralized, long-term preservation network specifically built for OJS-hosted journals.

All archived and preserved content remains fully compliant with our Open Access mandate and is governed by the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), ensuring unrestricted access for future generations of educators and researchers.
