Pedagogia: Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan operates as a fully Open Access journal. To ensure the proper management, dissemination, and protection of the published works while empowering researchers, the journal has established the following copyright and licensing terms:
1. Copyright Retained by Authors
Pedagogia does not require authors to transfer their copyright to the journal. By submitting and publishing a manuscript with us, authors agree to the following conditions:
-
Copyright Ownership: Authors retain full copyright and full publishing rights to their work without restrictions.
-
Right of First Publication: Authors grant Pedagogia, acting on behalf of the publisher (FKIP Universitas Pakuan), the right of first publication of the article.
2. Licensing and Open Access
To ensure that the content remains openly and freely accessible to the global academic community, all articles published in Pedagogia are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).
Under this license, the public (including the original authors) is legally permitted to:
-
Share: Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
-
Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
Under the following terms:
-
Attribution Requirement: Proper credit must be given to the original authors, and Pedagogia must be explicitly acknowledged as the original venue of publication. A link to the formal CC BY-SA 4.0 license must also be provided.
-
ShareAlike Requirement: If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the exact same license as the original (CC BY-SA 4.0).
3. Author Self-Archiving and Reuse Rights

-
Retain all proprietary rights other than copyright, such as patent rights and trademark rights.
